Pure malt ale with a fresh taste, pronouncedly bitter. Adelaide is characterized by an excellent drinkability, it is very scented with hints of citrus and fresh hay given by american hops: its head is thick, creamy and adherent.unfiltered, unpasteurized, top-fermentedand second fermentation in the bottle. 5 EBC.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity hoppy and dusty yeasty aroma, notes of white grapes, some lemon peel, a touch of kiwi fruit, gooseberry, minimally biscuity, pale malty background. Taste is dry, fruity hoppy, slightly dusty, yeasty, hints of white grapes, old lemon peel, a touch of kiwi fruit, slightly biscuity, pale malty basis with little residual sweetness. Watery texture, dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Fruity, refreshing, a tad too yeasty - nice.

Not sustainable.

330 ml bottle, as Birra Flea Adelaide APA. ABV is 4.9%. Hazy golden colour, huge white head. Aroma of citrus and spruce, hints of tropical fruits and spicy yeast. Citric mouthfeel, high level of carbonation. The flavour has the same elements as the aroma, reasonably bitter finish.
