Draft. A golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, flowers, malt, and hops. The flavor is a bit sour with notes of malt, lemons, spices, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. Dry, moderately acidic, with light funk, citrus accents, tangy lemon. Medium bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Clean finish with dry funk, pale wood, lemon peel. Solid. Highly drinkable.

Keg at Mother Arch 2, 19/12/19. Almost clear golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is grass, herb, dusty citrus peel, tangy fruit esters, farmyard notes, bitter citric zest. Taste comprises lemon rind, dusty straw. earthy, lemon drizzle, light funk, farmyard notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent.

Bottle at home picked up from Clapton Craft. A clear mid golden coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is lovely big funk, horsey, light apple, hay, hint of farmyard, funky lemon. Flavour is composed of light grains, rustic bread, hay, mellow funk, tangy apple, mellow horsey funk. Palate is light, tangy, mellow moderate carbonation, hint of pineapple. Really nice.

Bottle from the brewery and drunk at home. Hazy gold colour thin white head. Saison aroma. Fairly rich saison flavour. Some yoghurt. Some lemon. Some light herb. Some dryness. Some bitterness. Not a great saison, but decent citrus flavours. And ok yeast character.
