Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are lactose acid, berries, fruits, malt and has a nice fruity sour finish.

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Moderate bitter flavor. long sour moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle @Saxo. Cloudy red brown, small offwhite head. sour plums and prunes aroma. sourish flavour, berries, plums. Light acetic notes, fluffy carb. Good acidic bite in the finish.

Reddish brown body. Quickly disappearing off-white creamy head. Heavily sour flavour of malts and berries. Nicely balanced.

Corked bottle. Dark brown color, roast and black berries in the aroma. Sour flavor with black berries, brett but also soft roast, dry. Quite pleasant.

Dark brown colour with thin head. Aroma is distinctly Tilquin funky sharpness. Flavour too. The stout adds roundness and body. It remains refreshingly tart though with the fruity red berries lasting well into the aftertaste.

Bottle, 750 ml, shared with Max, Bazz and Uhmelj. Brown with beige head. Nice sourness, dark berries, vinous, malty, juicy. Smooth and easy drinkable. Medium bodied.
