Just felt like having a nice loon today. Picked a fou randomly from my stash, couldn't find a date on the label so I thought "whatever". Only when I saw the cork I thought fuck.. should've saved this for a tasting... too bad. Full on sweet apricot in the aroma. Wonderful. In the flavor however the apricot is basically completely gone and it's got a kind of vicious sourness to it. More than I'd like but can't complain, still a beauty. Second glass by the way, as I'm more used to the acidity, there is also more fruit detectable in the flavor.
