Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Light btown. Brett, berry, malt, caramel, wood, a bit of acetaldehyde, vanilla, stone fruits (apricot, some plum), sweet and a bit sourish, a bit umami, a bit of alcohol, medium-bodied. Nice and interesting.

Bottle. Dirty brown color. Caramel, berries and vanilla in the aroma. Moderately sour and sweet flavor with berries, berry sweets, vanilla. No carbon, ugly but I like it.

Murky brown with no head and quite excessive amount of yeasty slurry. Aroma has sweetness of cake and bourbon and also tart fruity funk. Initially quite tart with forest fruits and a little funk. It sweetens up with the vanilla, bourbon and finishes really dry. Quite boozy too.

Light brett nose... sharp tart fruit... sweet toffee malts.. big tart frue.. lovely keg at #borefts2022... murk brown... thin white lacing... soft bourbon nose.. Light acetic edge.. sweet caramel toffee 3.8 very fruit

Bottle at home. Pours murky reddish brown, nose is blackberry, funk, wood, mint, taste is juicy fruit, jammy, funky, sweet, toffee, caramel. Pretty good

Fles gedeeld met Benzai, Tomhendriksen en Keukenman. Diep donkerbruin bier met weinig schuim dat snel weg trekt. Aroma van Bourbon maar is ook zuur. De smaak is zuur en fruitig. De nasmaak heeft iets pittigs.

Bottle shared. Unclear murky reddish color, small off-white head. Aroma and flavor is berries, light fruit sour notes, underlying sweetish malty notes, light notes of fruit stones. Odd. Don't get bourbon tbh. Mwah. Interesting beer I'd say but not really something I love.

Fles gedeelt door Inoven, geprobeerd met Benzai en Keukeman. Het is een troebel rood bruinig bier zonder schuim. Het heeft een zurige geur met tonen van rood fruit. De smaak is fruitig, bessen en wat zurig.

Bottle. Muddy pink pour. Delicious aroma of blackberry, funk, oak, tart, sweet vanilla, cherry and strawberry. Taste is an explosion of flavors, with rich blackberry, vanilla, cherry, funky brett, oak, soft bourbon, red grape, strawberry, raisin and malt. Really good and manages to stand out from the vast ocean of beers we have nowadays.

Crowler from the Morebeer lockdown box. Very cloudy purple with a ring light purple head. Aroma of Brett, oak, dark berries, blackberry, caramel, vanilla and butterscotch. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and above moderate sour. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.
