Malty amber backbone with a combination of 3 brettanomyces strains for a complex, rich, earthy funkiness and fruity hop finish.

Thanks to RichardBerg & Thomas. Big bottle (750? ml.), drank a good sized glass from it. Pours a hazy apricot, bubbly white head. Nose is typical USA, yoghurt, dough sweet, light sweetish white wine, sugary,… Taste is sweet, white sugar, dough, faint white wine, caramel, sweet, white grape, peel. Faint funk behind the sweetness. Lightly yeast & high carbonation. Drinks decently but its nothing particularily impressive & it lacks all complexity.
