The Emerald Dream… Look, I know that it has different meanings for different folks, but for me? My emerald dream is an utopia. A veritable land of milk and honey. Except the milk is hops and the honey is hops. Hops upon hops upon hops. Get it? A hop dimension. A hoppy version of paradise in a parallel universe, where hop-birds perch on hop bines and sing hoppy tunes. Yeah… I like that. Also the beer is a double dryhopped IPA. Try it. You’ll like it.

Draught@Lakeuden Panimojuhlat 2020. Slightly hazy yellowish golden colour with a big white quite long lasting head, which also leaves some lace. Aroma is fruity, floral, some resin, mild pine and wood along with some biscuity tones. Flavour is fruity, resin, some mild nuty and sweet malty tones. Herbal, grassy and floral aftertaste. Smooth.

Hazy yellow colour with thin head. Aroma has caramelised malt sugars. Tropical fruits too. Flavour is bittersweet. Pineapple syrup. Leafy, resinous hop

Canned 440ml. -from Goblet Zagreb. Unclear yellow/orange coloured, minimal white head, light citrus in the nose. Weak citrus, light grassy, vegetableas and moderate bitter finish.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

30/V/20 - 44cl can from Tanker webshop, shared @ home, BB: 18/X/20 (2020-446)

Little cloudy orange blond beer, huge creamy to aery white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of CO2, dank hops, pretty resinous, some grapefruit, slightly malty, orange peel, chemical notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, good bitterness up front, resinous, bit malty, grains, grapefruit, peel, slightly sweet, caramel touch. Aftertaste: nice bitterness, slightly oxidized, some tropical fruits, resinous, bit medicinal.

Can. Golden color. Herbal aroma with tea and white pepper. Firm hopbitter flavor. Herbal, grassy. White pepper. Earthy. Well hidden tropical fruit behind the bitterness.

Fairly hazy golden orange with an off white head. Aroma of citrus, dank hops and green weeds. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

44cl can from Sip, Tallinn. Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Hoppy aroma with pine, citrus and hints of tropical fruits and pale malt. Moderate sweet with medium flavour intensity and ditto bitterness. Quite refreshing and enjoyable.

Can, 7.7%. Hazy yellow with medium white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop and pine. Flavour is malt, fruit, hop, pine, medium sweet and bitter.
