Clear pale amber colour, small frothy off-white head, recedes slowly, light lacing. Sourish nose, lemon, wheat, bread, candy sugar. Lght to medium bitter and sweet taste, sourish notes, bubblegum notes. Light body, oily to watery texture, soft carbonation, aftertaste mixture of light bitter, sweet and sour, bit sticky in the finish. Strange brew, kinda lemonady.

25cl, best before 05.03.2014. The beer starts smooth with slightly sourish-tart aftertaste. Not too deep, but fresh. Hints of sourness, a bit wood, lots of carbonation with a grainy fresh mixture. Short tart-sourish aftertaste with hints of horse blanket and a mix with pale sweetish beer.

Bottle shared at CBC Islington during the Ryan Tasting - thanks to Matteo for bringing this game-changer. Pours clear gold with a foamy white head. Sugary, lightly fruity and grainy. Medium in body with fine, creamy carbonation. Sugary finish, a touch artificial. Meh.
