Harvest Ale is our celebration of the changing weather and the sowing of hops and barley that will be used in our upcoming brews. We usher in the fall with a classic English style Extra Special Bitter of the highest order. Deep ruby in color with an even deeper hop flavor… in fact, we throw fresh English hops into every brewing vessel, then dry hop after fermentation to impart a zesty kick. This beer has real hop character that mingles with fresh malted barley for an experience that will make you wish it were fall year ‘round.

Ambar oscura, miel. Escasa espuma blanca. Turbia.

From a 12 oz bottle shared at home. Pours a clear copper with a thick white head. Fruity nose. Flavors of citrus with a malty backbone. Close to an IPA and quite tasty.

A very damn good ESB. Light but fresh citrus hops with a fall aroma of rotting leaves. Orange pour, good head and lacing. Very drinkable, great session beer for season. Light bitter finish. Tap at Pizzeria Paradiso.

On tap in the Tasting Room at the brewery at 6.7% ABV. Amber with a thin white head; aroma of malts and grassy hops; great grapefruit taste - crisp, clean and fruity; with a residual caramel sweetness. Satisfying.

Reviewed from notes.
This beer was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a nice hazy but almost transparent orange to brown color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipates within less than a minute leaving some decent foamy lacing.
The smell had rich English malts that seem to be slightly roasted in a sense. There is a decent nuttiness coming out as well.
The taste was roasty, malty and nutty with a delicate toasty bready note on the backend. There was no aftertaste but a quick dry finish.
On the palate, it sat about a light to medium in body with a decent sessionable quality to it. The carbonation was fairly smooth which is good for they style and for me.
Overall, good ESB that I would have again.

Bottled, 0.355l. Cloudy orange amber color with small creamy, mostly diminishing off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Strong aroma of herbal and floral hops, caramel and dried fruits like apricots and oranges with more subtle nutty notes. Taste starts with rich, smooth and sweet caramel malt, following is fresh with citric acidity, mouthfeel is warming with alcohol note, while finish is moderate bitter with long aftertaste. Full body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Not as good as American brews can be...
