From tap at De Bekeerde Suster, Amsterdam. Wheaty aroma with spicy coriander, yeast, citrus, and a touch of curaçao peel. Flavour is mildly sweet and very lightly bitter. Body is medium. Not a bad Witbier.

Tap at Bekeerde Suster, Amsterdam: Hazy yellow coloured brew with good thirstquenching abilities and there is some sourness, just enough to like it.

J'ai eu l'opportunité de déguster la Beiaard Witte Antonia directement chez la brasserie à Amsterdam et j'ai été agréablement surprise par cette bière blanche. Elle est assez bonne même si je ne suis pas une grande fan de cette catégorie de bière. Elle présente une belle robe claire et trouble, typique des bières blanches, avec une mousse blanche crémeuse. Son goût est rafraîchissant avec de belles notes d'agrumes et une légère touche épicée en fin de bouche. La texture est légère et agréable en bouche, avec une carbonatation bien dosée.

Sample from taster, pale golden straw beer. Small head. Aroma is banana, spice, wheat, hint of cloves. Taste is the same, wheat, banana, light sweet, light tart. Not bad

On tap at De Bekeerde Suster, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out soft whispy wheat, coriander and a hint of citrus peel. Flavour is along the same lines, with citrus peel, coriander and soft wheat. Fairly mellow but correctly brewed. It's decent.
