Days of Being Wild is a series inspired by the tradition of lambic style brewing in Belgium. This is the first mixed fermentation program of its kind in Asia. With a mixed-culture fermentation featuring a medley of wild yeast and bacteria strains in a single foeder, these beers have haunting complexity, natural farmhouse funk and refreshing fruitiness.
With our single-foeder sour ale as the base, we blended in lavish quantities of fresh raspberry purée and fermented it a second time in chardonnay barrels. Blushing fuchsia rose hue with funk and acidity, Days of Being Wild Raspberry is incredibly complex, yet extremely palate pleasing.

Tap. Unclear red-to-pink color with white head. Aroma is frozen raspberries, sorbet-like, but with a separate milk ice cream layer on top of it, a touch clotted cream. Taste is a bit raspberry milkshakey, but also some frozen raspberries. Sparkly carbonation. On the sweet side.

ABV: 7.5%. Clear medium red yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, raspberry, marmalade, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, tart, raspberry, sweet malt, pale malt, frozen raspberries. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
