In November 2018 Jeff Porn from Atom Brewing (Colorado, USA) came over to brew together
our first batch of our second season. As it was also the last day of cidermaking, we decided to use the pomace of the (Normandy bitter) apples in the coolship for one night. For refermentation we used only fresh apple juice. The beer was brewed with pilsner malt, raw wheat and aged hops, and is meant as an alternative, sessionable version of our naked base

Hazy yellow colour, white foam. Lots of funky, tart apples, woody notes. Very complex but also easy drinkable. Great.
