In November 2018 Jeff Porn from Atom Brewing (Colorado, USA) came over to brew together
our first batch of our second season. As it was also the last day of cidermaking, we decided to use the pomace of the (Normandy bitter) apples in the coolship for one night. For refermentation we used only fresh apple juice. The beer was brewed with pilsner malt, raw wheat and aged hops, and is meant as an alternative, sessionable version of our naked base

Light, sour, fruity. Green apple, grassy, soft, low carbonation. Nice but a bit bland.

Dark yellow, medium hazy body, with a smaller off-white head. Aroma of apple juice, moderate cheesy funk, some hops, some citrus. Tastes similar. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation. Finishes quite dry, medium sweet, moderate funky, fruity, a bit citric. Tasty! Quite dominant apple notes, while perfectly balanced, with a lot of depth. Really fresh to drink. 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 17

0,75l bottle at home shared by Sander, big thanks. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells spices, funky, herbal, stone fruits, grassy, citric. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes citric, grassy, herbal, spices, wood. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of citrus, spices and herbal notes. very nice stuff, good balance, nice citric notes, very good to drink.

Little clear dark blond beer, small creamy bit irregular white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: clean, fresh apples, bit yeasty, apple skin. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter start, nice acidity, lots of fresh green apples, fruity, some citrus, little bitter. Aftertaste: nice acidity, refreshing, bit yeasty, fruity, green apples, little spicy, clean funk, some barn yard, nice!

Bottle thanks to hazy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong funk, floral, earth, wood. Slick body, floral, citrus, oak, funk, mineral, earth, dry finish, very good.

Pours unclear, darker blonde to orange. Scent is funky, raw, natural, woody. Taste is full, mildly tart, woody, funky, intense. doens't go a very specific direction, but is a very nice drinking sour. Mild bitterness as well.

Flaska från Antidoot (flaskad 2019-10). Klar ljusguldig med vit krona. Fräsch och syrlig i doften, äpple, päron, persika. Fin och fräsch syra, något vinös, citrus, fat, kryddiga toner och en stor bitter ton. Snygg ”balans” mellan det väldigt lättdruckna och den stora bitterheten. Mycket gott.

750ml bottle. Smooth, loads of apple juice, hints of tartness, funky farmyardy yeastiness and oaky notes. A lot of cidery apple notes.
