Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sottobosco. L'intensità olfattiva è ricca e il modo in cui permane è pregevole. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato si riportano impressioni di caramello, miele, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente, luppolo, resina, agrumi, cannella e frutta passita.

Only slightly darker than golden (why the "amber" description in the labeling?), a bit hazy. Medium sized, quite frothy white head, good enough retention and nice lacing. Average intensity in the aroma, so-so definition: very lightly perceptible malty base (cerealy), fruity notes (yellow peach, quite pronounced citricness), perhaps the slightest hint of spiciness. Taste notes follow the aroma quite closely: there's more hoppy notes than common for the style, with a quite distinct citricness (lemon/lime, lighter tangerine) that's quite ipa-like, though bitterness is in check. Taste is overall a little brighter than aroma in both intensity and definition. Overall medium sweet and low to medium bitter, with the slightest sweet edge in the mouth and a balanced, quite dry cleansing finish. Really liked the mouthfeel in this one: felt pretty low-bodied and very drinkable for the abv, with average, quite fine bubbled carbonation; a delicately "lively" and quaffable feeling. Overall somewhere between a double ipa and a tripel; pretty nice and very pleasantly drinkable.

bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianca fine persistente, color giallo oro velato, al naso è fruttata speziata succo di pesca note floreali banana e ananas, in bocca marmellata di pesche frutta candita note erbacee, corpo rotondo, carbonazione moderata, l’alcool si sente non disturba e riscalda, dolce con amaro moderato lungo nel finale. Un po' grezza e appiccicosa. Da affinare, nel complesso non male. c. Cantina della birra 03.02.24

Bottle. Color: Amber, white head. Aroma: Sweet, sugary, malt. Taste: Sweet, malty, honey, yeasty, toast, and white sugar notes. Slightly herbal. Medium sweet, moderate hopbitterness. Light citrus and dried stone fruit hints. Bitter palate at finish. Over medium body, just below average carbonation, slightly foamy mouthfeel. Quite sweet, not really interesting but ok.
