Draft @ BxlBeerFest 2019. Dorée, col fin blanc. Arôme au nez de grains/funk, le tout sur un nez un peu lambic et léger fruité fermenté. Barrique fine en rétro - apport fin boisé. Palais de funk, cuir, citrique, léger côté terreux avec une note d'agrumes - citron vert, sécheresse de fin de bouche dont un apport modéré de barrique et de vin.

Pours amber. Aroma and flavor are sour, bitter, sugar, funk, fruity. Overall: ok.

BXL ‘19. Aroma of Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is oxidized in a nice way with oak, caramel notes and tart light fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled at BXL festival. Bit hazy golden with white head. Dry watery funk, apricot, quite woody, white wine, dry tart berries, earthy funk. Under medium sweet and sour, medium bitter. About medium bodied with a bit watery finish.
