Smells of big brett yeast and soft sharp wood notes, has a nice smooth foam on a cloudy gold body. Flavour is mellow wood and malt, soft vinegar, nicely balanced. There's a good dry aftertaste. This is very nice, a good balance of all elements.

Explosive frothy head and hazy gold. Lemon peel and light funk with some black pepper.Tart and lemon rind with a nice light funk. Not bad.

Sort of a glowy slightly orange pale colour. Foamed up a bit when opened, but didn't froth up after that. Nice head, though. On the nose, lots of brett, light pale malts, some esters and a fair bit of wine barrel in there as well. On the palate, big brett up front, followed quickly by juicy vinous notes, underpinned with sweet pale malts. Off-dry finish as the brett definitely seems to still be working. Complex and delicious - well, these flavours are my pocket so of course I like them.
