Bottle as part of a six pack picked up from a local supermarket and consumed at home Friday 21st August 2026 listening to Antony Szmierek - Decoding Birdsong, we are having Feta and Spinach Canelloni for tea. We're working on the stone borders around the house. Pours hazy mid golden with a thick white head, *btw the lemony sediment settles in this, obviously easier to see in a bottle than a can so it does need a little agitating to mix it and then careful pouring of course. Nice mouthfeel and decent carbonation. The aroma is lemony, it's slightly more lemonade than beer. Taste is similar, wheaty but more lemon focused. It's a very refreshing radler and a clear step up from most, Schöfferhofer are definitely amongst the very best when it comes to these. Score: 7.1

500ml can as "Schöfferhofer Lemon". Pours a cloudy dull gold/orange with a white head. Aroma of lemonade and bready wheaty malts, though somewhat muted. Taste of sweet lemonade, light malts, zesty and slightly tart. Medium bodied.
Not as a nice as the grapefruit one but lemon works well, less sweetness would make it even more drinkable in the sun.

Appearance - cloudy yellow to orange with a foamy white head.
Nose - lemon, lemonade, lemon peel and even an edge of grapefruit.
Taste - creamy lemon, malt backdrop.
Palate - light bodied, creamy middle and zesty finish.
Overall - I shouldn't like this.

Can from Hogs Back Brewery Shop as 'Limited Edition Hefeweizen Bier Lemon'. Hazy amber gold. Thick foamy white head. Aroma had sweet citrus with a tart edge. Herbal. Flavourwise it's really quite sweet with citrus flavouring. Underlying yeastie hints. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long finish. Refreshing if industrial.

Clear glass bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque deep golden with a ricj and lacing white head with good retention. Pleasant lemonade aroma. Light body, sweet lemonade accents - a little overly sweet. No real traces of the Hefeweizen base. 300326
