33 cl. bottle @ home. BBF 06/2015. Hideous label. Slow gusher which is a bad sign to say the least considering that I just had to drain pour the blond because it was infected beyond drinking. Orange peel amber, amber I could say, agreeable creamy white head. Nose is murky old rotting orange peel, brett, lactic sour, old yoghurt, American sour beer bacteria gone bad, rotting fruits, beer that has stood very long outside with contaminated fungus / mould etc. Rotting sweet, sour oranges, fermenting peaches, brett, unwanted sour infections, mould, fungus, expired aspirin, medicine, yoghurt, candy sugar, light sweet bark, bitter band-aid,… Bit fuller, messy body. Sort of drinkable & not as terrible as the blond but I have had 3 of their beers. All 3 of them were infected to some degree. I don’t want to be mean but this just f***king sucks. Might be more tolerant towards them if this one was the first one I tried from them. This is not really acceptable to be honest – avoid these guys unless if you are a very compulsive ticker.

Clear chestnut beer under small greyish-yellow head. Caramel, sweet, syrupy, bit bready. Bitterish to sweet caramel, very leafy, but ending mainly sweet. Medium bodied, slick, finish is a tad empty. Just a bit better than the blonde.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy amber with some floating impurities and an off-white head. Flowery, perfumy aroma atop some burned caramel. Medium body, again these perfumy accents, somewhat dusty and ashy with a little caramel. No real bitterness. A strange bird. 020412
