1/I/20 - 33cl bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck (Vichte), shared @ Ardennes holiday, BB: XII/2021- (2020-5)
Clear blond beer, small creamy irregular off-white head, unstable, dissipates quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: bit chemical, alcohol, spicy touch, somewhat oxidized, some band-aid. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: chemical, dry and dusty, some dried tropical fruits, lots of rum (I guess?), some pineapple, lots of esters, some almonds. Aftertaste: alcohol, rum, some amaretto, oxidized, soft bitterness, some wood, vanilla notes.
