Rare treat! Celtus is the son of Polyphemus and Galatea. A collaboration with our Greek brewing brothers, Seven Island Brewery, from the Corfu island. A Rye Wine brewed with Finnish rye and aged in oak. Superb balanced, sweet and delicate flavors from the oak aging. Enjoy chilled to 12°C from a goblet or red wine glass.

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sottobosco. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma color ocra non è molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra più che beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi e frutta disidratata.

Bottled. Clear copper colour, mid sized head. Aroma of figs, caramel and bread. Sweet with full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Honey, dark bread, caramel, figs and brown sugar. Warming finish with low bitterness.

Sample from 33 cl bottle. Dark amber colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, fruits and over ripe fruits. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Sweet finish.

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of cereals, caramel, dried fruit and red wine. Pours clear amber brown color with thin creamy cappuccino-like head, great lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts medium sweet caramelly and grainy, following is dried fruity, herbal and slightly medicinal, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Liquid rye bread...
