Golden, naturally cloudy & dry-hopped for a tart & tasty balance of spicy malts, hops, & yeast.
Bam Biére is named for our Jack Russell, who struck by a car, bounced back in fine tenacious Jack Russell fashion. This artisan farmhouse ale is brewed for those of us who knocked down, have picked up, dusted off & carried on undaunted.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Colin. A light hazed golden coloured pour with a fine off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, earthy grains, mellow funk, brett, floral vibes, green apple, squeeze of lemon. Flavour is composed of light grains, straw, hay, fizzy lemon, mellow funk, green apple, pear drops, light woody tannin. Palate is fresh, refreshing, airy lively carbonation.

Bottle at home, 2014 vintage, cannot recall from where ... I've had this before but can't believe I've never rated it ... 1.4K+ rates for a non macro brewer ... must be one of the most rated beers in that camp. Moderately hazed orange golden with a good sized just off white head. Nose is funk, damp oak, stoned fruits, grape must, orange peel, fucked over mango, orange peel. Taste comprises funky citric peel, grass, stoned fruits, white grape, guava, damp oak, funk, straw, light bretty kiss. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid flavoursome stuff for just 4.5% ... I think the non intentional ageing has done this wonders!

16 oz. can, sent for my review. Very light example of this style. Pour a stiff and thick white head over a hazy Belgian light ale or lager body. Slight notes of wheat or coriander spice in the nose. The packaging suggests tartness, but that doesn't come in the taste until further down the glass. Actually dry, slightly fruity, with a note of red wine coming in there too. Notes of lemon as I keep drinking this puppy, too. Spice remains light, with a combination of warm ferment, wheat malt and esters. Would go nicely with the main course of any Belgian or farmer's meal.

Gremlin bottle share. Bit of citrus, lots of creamy dairy, light bitterness. Very easy drinking. Nice sourness. Great stuff

75 cl bottle. Orange blonde color. Citric, peppery aroma. Hoppy, peppery, citric flavor with some tartness and hints of nutmeg. Oily and peppery finish. A bit thin, but nevertheless an excellent beer!

Bottle. Gold with a modest white head. Aroma of crackers, lime, orange blossoms, coriander seed. Decent body for under 5%. Starts a little sweet and fruity, finishes dry and slightly spicy. Acidic apples. Funkier than suggested by the aroma. Modest bitterness. Hadn't noticed it was bottled 12/15, but it seems to have held up OK.
