--Keg at the brewpub. -- Clear pale golden, mid sized head. Phenolic banana and clove aroma. Mid sweet with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with bun dough and cloves. Low bitterness. Harmonious.

Tap at the brewery. Clear golden, white head. Mild fruity and yeasty aroma. Strong banana flavour, like a lot of banana. Bittersweet with a little anise seed in the finish.
