IPA #2 is PACKED FULL of Mosaic, Simcoe and Waimea hops, this IPA is exploding with flavour. Beautifully balanced these three tropical, citrus & pine heavy hops leave our IPA #2 a heavy hitter and a hop hunters dream. Our experimentation with New Zealand Waimea resulted in a rare harmony between dry, sweet and bitter. The body is cloudy yet refined using the malt backbone as a vessel to bring these hops to life. Drink this fresh as it is sure not to be around for long!

Can from the lcbo. Hazy, murky orange pour, with a big, sticky, lacy, rocky white head. Aroma is just spectacular. Juicy Orange juice, and orange zest, pineapple, mango, papaya, and lemon zest, just outstanding. Medium bitterness, no signs anywhere of any malts, maybe some subtle cereals, but you’d be hard pressed to find anything for tropical fruit and citrus. Fresh green hop cones and some grasses. Really nice stuff. I’d like to see the alcohol a touch lower 7.1% is a tad high for such an easy drinking beer. You could easily find yourself on the floor in no time.

Can from LCBO in Toronto. Cloudy dull yellow-orange pour with puffy dense white head. Aroma is juicy tropical, lemon-lime, melon, some pine - very nice. Taste is similar but more heavy on pine and citrus peel, but still some tropical melon, with a dry pithy bitter finish. Very tasty. The beers I’ve had from this brewery just keep getting better. Would definitely get again.

Can: Poured a bright hazy yellow color ale with a huge white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tropical fruit with nice floral hops undertones is quite enjoyable. Taste is a great mix between some tropical fruits notes with some citrusy notes and nice floral hops undertones with some residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Superb IPA and a beer that should make it to their regular line-up.

Can from the LCBO. Cloudy orange amber under a pillowy white head that fades slowly and leaves tight lace. Nose is tropical fruit with mango, pineapple and tangerine at the fore. A good dose of pine and orange rind linger a bit behind with some bread and honey. Flavour is lightly sweet with a medium pine and citrus bitterness. Mouth is medium+ and creamy with average carbonation and a lingering lightly bitter finish. Juicy and delicious. 9/4+/8+/4/17

Pours a hazy golden colour with a huge foamy warm cap, great retention and loads of soapy lace. Beautiful fresh hoppy aromas with some citrus notes well-blended by Belgian Ale yeast which adds a little sweetness. The taste is grassy with some citrus peel and hints of tropical fruits. Not super dry, not crazy bitter but kind of refreshing. Very fruity and well-balanced overall. Quite a nice project experience.
