750 ml. bottle sampled @ Vini, Birre, Ribelli 2014. Dark wood, little tanned head. Nose is umami, cacao & champignons. Interesting. Taste is umami, cacao, mushrooms, tad chocolate, gravy,… Mid to lighter body. Pretty good + bonus points for originality.
