Abel ‘de ontdekker’ Tasman bevoer de Stille Oceaan op zoek naar nieuwe werelden. Volgeladen met tropisch fruit, bloemen en specerijen wist hij zijn thuishaven Groningen weer te bereiken. Hij heeft deze Pacific IPA misschien niet zelf gebrouwen, maar hij smaakt zeker zo avontuurlijk als zijn ontdekkingen. Volgepakt met de meest verse Australische en Nieuw Zeelandse hop, met op de achtergrond een subtiele hint van Thai dragon-pepers is dit bier de belichaming van de ontdekkingsreizen van Abel Tasman.

Golden color. Can. Peach, citrus And oily grassy hops in the aroma. Juicy flavor, with a firn hopbite. Nice one.

7 3 7 3 15 Draft at In De Wildeman. Very hazy orange with a big white head. Aroma of green hops, citrus, weeds, fruity hops and malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation. [22/01/18]

33cl Bottle at The Black Smith. Murky golden orange colour, white head. Aroma of peach, tropical fruits, lychee, light yeasty, caramel, oranges. Flavour is medium sweet, fruity, tropical fruits, citrus, toffee, yeast, light chili burn, green pepper bitterness, herbal and resinous bitter finish. Medium bodied. Nice.

Bottle [from trade with RW80, thanks] @ home shared with Dutchdrebus and Ansjelaah. Hazy light orange color, average sized off-white head. Aroma is malts, hops. Taste malts, hops, slightly floral, citrussy, nice citrus hoppy bitter, bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Decent.
