440ml can into glass. From 1st Choice, Springfield. Smell of sweet peanut butter. Dark brown/red beer with thin white head. Viscous and smooth. Finish has touches of cocoa. A bit dry but really this is all about peanut butter. Not for everyone but I love it.

(Can) Pours clear deep red brown with small tan head. Wonderfull aroma of roast peanuts, toffee, digestive biscuit, notes of chocolate. Excellent mouthfeel too - medium bodied, with bright carbonation to start moving to soft and smooth in the mid palate. Great taste too. Roast peanuts and toffee with notes of chocolate and hints of berries and some pleasant alcohol warmth. Very clever and very good.

From a 355ml can on 11/7/2020. Pours a clear deep amber with a small head. The nose is quite strong with both chocolate and peanut butter. Rinse and repeat it terms of flavour, with addition of some caramel, and finished off by a pleasant sharp bitterness. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. There are plenty of peanut butter beers to be found these days, which is okay with me, as I tend to like 'em. This one is excellent.

Another quarantinny. Dark brown. Loads of peanut aroma with some vanilla. Very much like a peanut praline in terms of flavour. Very pleasant.

Quarantinnie. Dark brown w a cm of beige head. Aroma dominated by fresh roasted peanuts. Also some caramel & hazelnut. Smooth textured with noticeable lactose. The peanuts aren’t so big a part of the taste which is a shame. But the hazelnut and caramel carry things through until a tidy enough mildly bitter end. Not quite my sort of thing.
