Off-road series. Brut Pale Ale aux kumquats. Brewed by Hoppy Road in collaboration with Maltazar, ''bar mythique de Nancy''. The fruity and tangy freshness of kumquats is expressed on a dry cereal base blending barley and wheat malts and oatmeal. Delicate and thirst-quenching, this Pale Ale is as effective on the terrace as it is around a meal.

Fruity nose. Hazy straw yellow colour, fair frothy white head, diminishing to a thin layer, light lacing. Aroma sweet malt, orange, kumquat, bit lactose. Juicy taste, medium sweet and light bitter, hint of acidity, orange, kumquat, grainy. Medium body, light prickly mouthfeel, watery texture, soft carbonation, juicy sweet and light bitter aftertaste, light orange pith, fresh and easy to drink, very nice.

Tap at Le Garde Fou. Hazy yellow golden with white head. Wheat, oats, soft kumquat and fruity hops. Soft herbal and a bit perfume almost in a soapy way. Medium sweet, about medium bitter and very light sour. Medium bodied with a bit creamy feel,slight dry finish.

Bouteille 33cl de Malt Attacks, BB15/02/2021.
Dorée-paille sur léger trouble, col blanc fin.
Arôme offre un nez plaisant tropical et résineux au devant. Petite touche de pelure orange en rétro-nasal. Malté fin en retrait avec des effluves de grains persistant.

Palais est léger, petite sécheresse de grains avec un fruité de kumquat qui arrive juste en retrait et est relevé par le houblon -ce dernier apporte une belle touche résineuse et tropicale avec un retour un peu plus amer du kumquat. Amertume revient en fin de bouche et complète
