Balanced, dry, and effortlessly complex, Whiffle is a refreshing riff on a traditional Belgian Witbier. Airy wheat and bright citrus aromas drift in and give way to a crisp, ardent breeze bearing notes of tangerine and subtle spice—a breath of fresh air.

Lemon, coriander, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Cloudy pale yellow with moderate which head. Lightly sweet lemon, coriander, wheat malt, and mildly bitter straw and white pepper flavor. Good body. Nice - easy drinking - a less sweet witbier.

Pretty basic witbier, but well-made, with nice clove-tinted grainy sweetness offset by straw, lemon, and vanilla, with a slight herbal note on the back end and a white bread fade. Pretty easy to put back a pint or two.
