In 1343, The Livonian Order fought a bloody battle against the Estonians at Sojamae (The War Hill). Nearly 700 years later the Danish returned to that very hill, now home to Sori Brewing, carrying a beer recipe and an olive branch. Livonian Crusade is an alliance between Amager and Sori, a bold Imperial Stout aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels.

Bottle. Almost black. Coconut and vanilla dominating the aroma. Hint of dark chocolate. Roasty alcoholic flavor with vanilla, coconut and roast. Lots of whisky. Kruidkoek.
