Sampled from the tap at Biercab. Pours a hazy rusty amber with an off white head that starts and remains at the edges. Aroma has sour red fruits and light acid with some dry red wine underlying. Flavor has sour red fruits that are slightly juicy with oak, light acid and dry red wine backing.

Bottle at Au Trappiste. Pours clear amber. Aroma is grapes, dust, funk, damp cellar. Body is medium, super bitter, funky, very sour and quite tart. Low carbonation. Some fruit, but lower than expected. Quite oaky. A bit unbalanced. Good.

Color rojizo corona de espuma blanca, aromas a uva con notas acidas y madera, sabor uva algo de cereal final acido, todo bien integrado rica.

Botella 75 cl en el Lúpulo Oviedo 18..11..2017. Lote 01..16. Fcpref 01..22. Sabores maltosos secos con buenos toques ácidos. Ligero amargo bien combinado con los ácidos. Toques de maderas secas. Ligeros avinados algo dulces. Cuerpo medio seco con buena sensación alcohólica. Bastante buena.

Peach amber colour, white head. Malty aroma, wine, grape skins. Light bitter flavour, grapes, wine. Quite astringent. Vinous finish.
