Ein knallharter Bock mit einer Stammwürze von ca. 16%, der mehr wie ein Koala rüberkommt. Vollmundig und rund durch seine sympathische Restsüße und eine würzige Hopfennote (Hallertauer Perle und Hallertauer Hallertauer).
Also: Restsüße, sanfte Bittere, spürbarer Alkohol, das macht Spaß. Einer geht noch.

Tap. Clear copper orange/golden, offwhite foam. Light fruity malt nose. Cracker malt, dry biscuits, chewy medium full body. Good broad hops, citrus, grape, grass. Fresh, moreish.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy orange/amber colour. Big stable white head. The flavour starts off a little sweet, turning quite malty. There is a lot of sweet and grassy hoppiness. Not as peppery as expected. Good mouthfeel.
