On tap at twiggs in Sturgeon Falls. Clearn amber pour, with a medium white head. Aroma is earthy, lightly citric hops, with some caramel pale malts. Light bitterness, perfectly sessionable. Run of the mill APA, inoffensive, but a tad boring, good lawnmower fodder.

A golden ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous hops, light mineral notes, light citrus, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy resinous hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

Can that pours an amber colour, fairly filtered with a warm off-white cap that is frothy, fluffy, with good retention and loads of thick foamy lacing. Darker cereal grain malts in the nose with some nice spiciness and grassiness from the hops. The taste shows the same all-natural cereal grains with the spicy hops. Quite a bitter and dry finish for an APA. If you like the spicy hops of Steam Whistle, and more natural grains of a Pale Ale... you should love this.
