The Uppercut Ipa, with its dark amber colour, has an aroma of sweet red fruits and rosemary. To increase its elegance, in the final phase of the boil some rosemary is added, giving it a slightly balsamic fragrance which bonds well with the scent of its characteristic North American hops.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

33cl bottle. Pours almost clear dark amber colour with a small beige head. Aroma of red malt, pine, bitter hops. Taste of strong malt, pine, bitter mild fruity hops.

29th November 2015
Hazy reddish amber beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate starts smooth but tails with nippy fine carbonation. Thin malts bring mild cream and a bitterish toffee. A little ripe fruit and mildly bitter pine. Light finish. Not really shouting it’s IPA credentials but fine.

0,33L bottle (from Drink Shop, Tallinn). Pours amber with beige head. The head stays. Aroma is fruits, malt, biscuits, toffee. Flavor is sweet and bitter, citrus, caramel, malt. Finish is grapefruit bitter. Overall: ok ipa.

on tap ambrata lieve velata buona schiuma piuttosto persistente discreti sentori maltati lieve tostato agrume erbaceo erbe buon amaro

Draught. Hazy amber colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruits, floral and caramelly notes as well as some mild herbal notes. Flavour is fcaramel, some floral and fruity notes along with mild wooden and resiny notes towards the finish. Nice finishing bitterness.

Tap at BeerHunters. Dark amber color, decent off-white head. Aroma has resin, pine and caramel. Medium-bodied. Caramalt front, then piney resiny hoppyness. Sweetish ipa, nice bitterness.
