I was listening to a podcast featuring Indeed yesterday so decided for my special birthday beer this week to crack open Indeed The Queen Whiskey BA Imperial Stout Motor oil viscous deep black pour with a rusty tan head and huge whiskey, dark cacao (& plum?) aroma. Full luscious body with lots of warmth - you definitely feel that 10.5%. The taste imstarts off whiskey, then you get the rich dark bitter cacao stout, umami then a surprisingly dry finish with grape/plum briefly popping up before the whiskey, oak and heat come back in the aftertaste. I’d say this is a classic example of a BA stout.

pitch black color. Pours a massive massive dark brown head. Excellent semi-sweet nose of cacao nibs, licorice, molasses,
oak, vanilla and bourbon with underlying touch of saltiness. Medium body, low carbonation, semi-dry, very rounded, excellent dark chocolate, bourbon, vanilla, oak, molasses. Slightly dusty. Medium bitterness. A
drier less barrel forward ba impy but I really like it and they nailed it. Totally awesome

12 oz. Aroma is brownie batter, whiskey, wood, vanilla, coconut, earth, raisin, licorice, wet stone. Pours black with a thin tan head that falls pretty quickly into a ring. Taste is moderately to highly sweet, not cloying, savory, light to moderately bitter with flavors like the aroma descriptors. I wish the booziness was a little more in check, but this is still a delicious beer.
