Resonance IPA was brewed with Mecca Grade Estate Malt including Lamonta, Pelton and Shaniko malts. All Mecca Grade grain is grown and malted on their family farm located in Madras, Oregon. They farm over 1000 irrigated acres in one giant block with all grain grown in a 2-mile radius of the malthouse. Mecca Grade are the world’s largest estate malting operation.
Local organic BC Cascade hops from Maple Bay Hop Farms were used in the whirlpool. Resonance features a heavy Citra and Amarillo dry hop.
The beer was fermented with five yeast strains including Metschikowia Reukaufii. M. reukaufii is yeast that was isoloated from flowers in the Berkeley Hills of California and was added to modulate the flavor, aroma profile and soften the perceived bitterness of the beer. The other four yeast exhibit a strong ester profile of peach, apricot, nectarine, mango and guava.

16oz at Josh's roof. Appearance: murky golden with a white head. Aroma: a bit sour, fruity, dank, hops. Taste: along the same lines, noticable hoppy bitterness. Overall: pretty good, mostly Boombox like product.

473mL can, pours a thick, milky yellow with a small white hed. Aroma is very chalky and yeasty, with dank hops, earthy chalk, yeast, the usual from Boombox. Flavour is chalky and yeasty, with lots of earthy green hops, some dankness, lots of bitterness, and way too much chalk. Bitter, yeasty mouthfeel, in typically incompetent hazy fashion. Not good.

Cloudy, pale. Bubbly head. Lots of fruitiness on the aroma. On the palate, yeasty, green, a bit of mouldy pineapple kind of character. Not getting it done for me.

Murky blond colour, rather filthy like all Boombox beers. Surely it has an impressive hop aroma, tropical and citrusy. The mouthfeel is still very filthy, it has high hop quality, white grapes too, and quite strangely it has almost no traditional bitterness, but instead still quite some strong chicory vegetable component, or hop burn.
Probably opened too soon; as of today, it's still quite clumsy and dirty.
