Bottled. An amber beer, first third being clear, second being cloudy, and last being muddy with an off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of wood, brettanomyces, lacto, alcohol, wine, over ripe fruits and berries. The flavor has notes of is a twist of sweet and acidic with strong notes of wood, brettanomyces, lacto, over ripe fruits, malt, and forest berries, leading to a dry tart finish. The flavor is not as pronounced as the aroma.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a hazed amber body and a small white head. Aroma is sour with sweet funk and lightly buttery, vanilla, oak, fruit, berries, and wine. Taste is extremely tannic. Behind the tannins there is a medium tartness, berries, oak, yeast, cheese and tart currants. Light carbonation.

Cloudy brown. Brett and lots of yeast in the aroma and flavor. Just a little sour but I suspect it could become more sour over time. Some barnyard character.

750 bottle from AllDayDrinker shared at RBSG; Nose of tart funkiness, yeast, and a bit of oakiness; Murky amber with a medium beige head; flavor is lightly tart with some caramel and white pepperiness.

Shared by puzzl. Pours a dark amber color with no head and just some lacing. Its very hazy, cannot see through it. Aroma is barrel-butter with a weird sourness, sort of like tangerine magic marker sourness. Bot what I consider traditional brett (but also something I have noticed is similar to other American sours). Taste is weird as well, sugary (not akin to faro) with an abrasive light sourness. The sourness is not so strong, also no acidity. Not sure how much I dig it but definitely worth a try. Summary: lightly paint thinner with a sugary-sweet backbone. Mouthfeel is a bit thick and heavy for what I prefer in a beer like this.
