On tap at Stoup, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is sharp, with acetic notes, light citrus and a touch of vinegar. Flavour is very citric, with light acidity, citrus and a little wheat. Could use more wheat and tartness, and less acidity. Still, quite nice.

[3/1/15] Draught at Stoup Brewing in Seattle. Clear yellow. Pleasant yogurt aroma. Sourish lactic flavor, a bit fruity. Rather light-bodied. Very good and refreshing.

Draft at Mammoth. Pale color. Smells like wet wheat. Plastic crap, ewww. Flavor is lower on that. Some nice tartness at the end but otherwise just a bad flavor

Mostly bright, pale amber, heavy lacto nose and taste, with pale malts all but obscured and vague fruitiness. A simple exploration of lacto.

Draft pour at the brewery. Served without the syrup though it was sitting on the counter, but I’m okay with that. I enjoy this beer for what it is. Pours a clear yellow color with an odd grainy tart aroma. Flavor has a slight watermelon wheat like flavor with a lasting tartness to it. Creamy medium body thickness to it. Pretty good stuff.
