10 oz tulip draft at the brewpub. Pour is clear dark amber golden with a smallish dirty white head. Aroma is faint cereal grains, mild malt sweetness along with a nice earthy mineral character. Subdued, but clean. Taste is cracker toasted malt, mild grain sugar sweetness and a flinty bite to the dry finish. As with the nose, nothing jumps out, nicely balanced and clean. Palate is thin to medium bodied, clean dry finish - worked really well with food at lunch. Overall nice clean lager.

A few glasses at the brewpub. This is a good clean lager. Color is copper and completely clear. I had no idea what to categorize this as, its not particularly malty or it may just not seem that way because of a moderate hop kick. Either way, they worked well together. Very easy drinking, a drier lager with a well attenuated flavor. Its been well lagered, clean malts surrounded by a slightly-stronger kick of herbal hops. I can drink this all day long on a cooler evening.
