Careful now! Not quite our secret weapon, but a very discreet one. Stylish, strong, seductive. And it needs to be handled with care. We mentioned strong? Well, yes, it weighs in at a hefty 6.5% ABV so it’s not exactly a session ale; this is not a pint of mild. But it’s like a V12 engine in a sleek body - it handles well if treated with respect. Hops: Galena, Nugget, East Kent Goldings.

Bottiglia.

Sampled from the tap at Porterhouse Temple Bar. Pours a closer amber with a copper hue and an off white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has sweet grains and a hint of flora with some biscuit underlying. Flavor has biscuit and creamy sweet grains with a hint of butterscotch and raisin.
