330ml bottle. Hazy reddish dark copper colour with average to huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Piney, herbal and fruity hop aroma, hints of orange, pomegranate, nectarine, orange zest. Taste is bitter hoppy on moderately sweet caramel malty basis with a mild nuttily and almond touch, fruity and slightly floral notes, zesty. Relatively light body for an IIPA.

Tap at Borefts ’13, 27/09/13. Lightly hazed golden amber with a thin off white head that clears to the edge. Nose is juicy hops, bitter orange, grapefruit, caramel. Taste comprises earthy hops, orange pith, grapefruit jam, sugars, caramel malt, grass. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, dry finish with hop bitterness. OK DIPA.

Borefts Beer Festival 5. Day 1. As ’Double IPA’. Hazy amber beer with a tiny bubbly white head. Light palate, a little dry. Good floral hops with marmalade and a trace of lemon. Light dry finish. Nice!

Sampled @ Borefts 2013. Clear orange color, full sized dense white head that leaves good lacing. Smell and taste malts, hops, grassy, nicely bitter, tropical fruits and grapefruit. Medium body and carbonation. Nice!
