10/IV/2012 - 33cl bottle from De Hopduvel (Gent) @ home - BB: 7/2012 or 2013 (marking is unclear) (2012-342)
Pretty cloudy orange beer, small creamy white head, very adhesive, little stable. Aroma: bit dry, hay, grassy, grains, little sweet. Pretty good for it's name (which is "wheat priest" or something like that). :-p MF: good carbon, medium body. Taste: grains, sweet malts, bit grassy, bitter hops, some spices and citrus. Aftertaste: sweet malts, citrus, dry ending with a slightly sour touch, little chemical ending.

Good yellow head, collapsing over yellow-golden beer. Grassy, garden herbs, fresh malts, but also greenmalt. Sweetish, very yeasty flavours, with meaty and frutiy esters. Yeast-filled, slick, bit sticky in the finish. Decent, but I do not really understand the intention for yet another tripel...
