Pours clear blonde, good white head. Smell is rather weak. Some malts. Taste is bit bitter, sweet, not in balance, and a bit ’ wrang’ . Much is hidden behind the aggressively high carbonation though. No, this is not how it should be done...

Bottle from LDW, Eke. Hazy golden colour, white creamy foam. Aroma of citrus, sweet peach. Bitter hoppy finish. Well balanced. Very nice. One of the best from Hofbrouwerijke

33 cl. bottle @ home. Procured from Willems. Pours a dark orange, quite big off-white head. Smells of cheap applesauce, cheap sweeteners and some metals. Tastes of cheap boozy applesauce, thick sugar, artificial sweeteners, pretty yeasty, same for body. Eh, manageable.

The story on the bottle is quite cool, but the beer is nothing more than an ordinary Belgian tripel.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a blond and firm mid-sized foamy head. Mildly sugary malty aroma with yeasty and herbal hoppy spice. Bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Yeasty, moderately malty and subtle fruity taste with a rising hops character towards the finish with herbal and delicately grassy accents. Likeable, but nothing special. 14.I.14
