Bottle. Light gold color. Not much of a head and hardly any carbonation. Aroma is not very good. Smells like a spicy skunk. Taste is like a bad beer but it had a bit of heat. If this would have tasted a little better I would have really liked this beer.

Bottle from Hopt. Aroma is tons of jalapeño chili, vegetable and soft pale malt. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with lots of chili burn. Body is light to medium. Quite gimmicky but I love spicy food and found this one fun and drinkable.

Bottle with a chili in the beer, something different this time. The power of the pepper and i was defeated by this one, give another bottle to friend of mine a real pepper lover and complained the pepper was to big because smaller ones are much hotter. But de beer now golden, orange not a really good head with a chili. Don’t like it, but others does.

LCRBM2: I can smell chili, taste chili, and nothing more, ’cause it burns my mouth off. Impossible to take more than a small sip. I needed lots of water to restore my tastebuds a bit.

33cl bottle (4,6%) from Cora in Brussels. F: big, white, average retention C: gold, light hazy. A: prickled or stewed pepper, bit grainy, chili. T: almost nothing else than strong chili peppery feeling, mineral, bit corny, interestingly later sips are not so burning, green hot pepper, medium body and carbonation, you can try also green chili inside actually it is no so burning, interesting experience all together, at least I can easy blow my nose after this.

Surprised I have managed to avoid this so far.... Bottle to Dirty Danny (of course!). It pours lightly hazy dirty yellow with a small white head. The aroma is green veg upfront, weedy, bell peppers, spice and a touch of umami. The taste is dry, spicy, warming, peppery spice, chilli, lemongrass and metallic vibes, which continues to a deep chilli burn. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. Heat definitely builds up over time. A novelty that one would not liek to return to. A deservingly shit beer.

330 ml bottle into lager glass, best before 7/4/2017. Removed the pepper first. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a small dense white head with good retention, that reduces to nothing eventually. Minimal lacing on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big chili peppers, and skin/seeds; with lighter notes of cracker, corn, white bread, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Nice aromas with peppers and light pale malt/corn notes; with great strength. Taste of big chili peppers, and skin/seeds; with lighter notes of cracker, corn, white bread, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Moderately pepper spiciness and light herbal/grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of big chili peppers, skin/seeds light cracker/corn/white bread, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice robustness of peppers and light pale malt/corn flavors; with a solid malt/spiciness balance, and minimal astringent pepper flavors after the finish. Very clean lagering; no fruity/yeasty notes. Moderate increasing dryness from pepper spiciness. Light-medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp/sticky, and lightly grainy mouthfeel that is good. A bit thin, but not watery. Big lingering pepper heat through the glass, but not unbearable. Overall this is a pretty good chili lager. All around good robustness of peppers and light pale malt/corn flavors; very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink, despite the aggressively spicy/drying pepper finish. Flavorful for the low ABV from the peppers. Nothing bad about it, I already knew what I was getting into. Big peppers with a side of adjunct lager. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Bottle split at CBC Islington, thanks to Danny - I think thanks is still the correct term, 25/06/18. Almost clear golden blonde with a moderate white cap that soon dissipates. Nose is big on green peppers, chilli, grains, straw. Taste comprises mid heat green chilli, habanero, hay, spice, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a chilli burn but not OTT. Had worse from this genre but still have to ask the question .... Why?
