Golden with particles floating. Fruity aroma with pear notes in particular, also a herbal touch. Dry and yeasty flavour with some cardboard.

Bottle, 7.5%. Citric and vinous aroma, quite close to white wine. Hazy golden colour, small floating bits. Sparkling. Very small fizzy white head. The flavour has a faint note of vinousness, also like white wine. But sweeter, probably sweetness from the honey.

Bottled. A hazy light golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of straw and lighter notes of spices and honey. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of honey and straw, leading to a dry finish where the note of straw lingers.

33 cL bottle, thanks to Ask, Jes, Jens and Rasmus for bring thing home from Belgium. Pours hazy yellow with a slowly collapsing white head. Aroma is mild cornish and vague spiced. Mild caramel malty and light bitter flavour. Smooth malty finish. Smooth malty finish, light phenolic yeasty too.

Golden beer with slight orange shine; small whitish head. Flowers, honey, spices, rosewater, almonds. All very aromatic, but predicting a lot of sweetness. But in truth, the taste is much less sweet than expected. Apart from the rosewater flavour, the main sweetness is essentialy pale malts, maybe with some almondy hints. No trace of honey flavour, probably very well attenuated. At the (good) edge of cloying, could do with some beefing up in body. Good, sweet even when not at all honeyish. I like this.
