Choosing our best Saison à la Provision from Foudre no. 1 and from a number of Chardonnay barriques, we then blended in a large portion of Lambic, imported from Belgium that has been aging at Burning Sky.

Bottle from beergonzo.co.uk. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, lemon, wood and barnyard. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 241217

Tap@Beavertown Extravaganza 2017, London - gold yellow coloured pour with a white head. Fruity citrus notes of lemon, some grape, yeasty, straw, grassy and floral hoppy, medium to light body, touch of citric spice into the finish.

Cafe Sara 110617. Golden-yellow color with a white head. Aroma is sourness, yeast, funk. Flavor is dry, vinous, funk, yeast. Very easy drinkable nice beer.

750ml bottle pours a murky peach gold with a ring of white head. Funky, band aid nose, lemon, a little curry leaf. Flavor has some stone fruit sweetness, funk, grapefruit,. Dry and tart finish.

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry, wineous and fruity. Citric. Wooden dry snd lingering citric smooth fruity. Dry snd citric into the finish.

Huge creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish dry, sour grass, weeds, flowers, yeast, citrus peel, minerals, soda powder, bark. Taste is sour-ish dry, soda powder, sour grass, weeds, citrus peel, minerals, sorrel, citrus, yeast, bark. Medium bitterness, dry citrusy mouthfeel. Nice.

Tap @ Kaapse 3rd b’day bash. Hazy yellow golden color. White head with some lacing. Aroma’s: sour, woody, funky, also light sweetness retronasal. Flavor is full on sour. Medium bodied.
