Bardzo smaczne i tresciwe piwo. Niski alkohol, ale sprawia wrazenie ze rozgrzewa. Piekna czapa piany. A metnosc spora. Kolor rudo ciemno czerwony. Ze spora iloscia mazi na dnie butelki. Slodowe i kasztanowe. Wyraznie odczuwa sie ten zastosowany skladnik. Minus za zla owijke ktora sie ciezko sciaga i ciezko sobie poradzic takze z kapsle.

Bottle on the train bought at Gbbf 2013. Hazy russet colour lasting thin dark beige head. Bit of smoke on the aroma. Mix of smoked meat and tcp in the flavour. Smooth mouthfeel. Not much hop on the finish. The smoked sausage I like but could live without the tcp. Settles down after a while. It’s not unpleasant. In fact there are bits I quite like. Yes settled down into an ok smoked.

Bottle. Gusher that is not fully unexpected. Clear deep golden hued body with a large foamy white head. Aromas are of cereal, strong carbonic bite, floral, very fresh honey, lightly nutty. Mostly malty aroma. Lots of umami flavor, chestnuts, soy sauce and caramelized pine nuts. Cereal. Medium esters, lots of honey notes, saw dust and oxidative cardboard. Medium bitterness with a dry finish. Extremely lively carbonation and dry. Interesting but typical middle tier italian craft bottle.

27/05/2013 Brasserie 4:20 (tap). Rossa, limpidissima, schiuma bianca leggera, non molto persistente. Al naso sentori di malto e castagna, note di caramello, leggero tostato, guscio di noce, un po’ flebile. In bocca è originale, all’attacco malto, una nota di caramello, leggera castagna, il finale è secco, leggermente acidulo, con una nota sapida che la rende ancora più bevibile. Tutto voluto? Non saprei, ma così com’è è veramente gustosa! Corpo medio, carbonazione soft. Originale e curiosa, rustica, ben fatta!

(Bottle. 0.33 l - BBE 28/02/2014 - lotto 446, at Oluttupa Viisi Penniä, 20130523) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had smoke, nuts and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were smoke, nuts, malts, Belgian style yeast and bitterness. Afteraste was smoky, nutty and bitter. An interesting and not actually bad beer.

Bottle. Amber colour with an off-white head. Somewhat sweet caramel, fruit aroma. Flavour is fruity, caramel. Rather light bodied.

Smak och doft av humle, karamell, honung, nötig och fruktig. Toner av läder, trä och rök. Svårdefinierbar. Len i gommen med en god beska med karaktär av att du biter i en färsk kastanj. Lagom sötma. Annorlunda.

Smell of malts and candy. Cloudy amber colour, extreme beige head. Bitter taste, which increases in finish. Watery, aroma of nuts and citrus, pepper.
