We mashed up traditional English-style barley wine-style and old ale winter warmer-style ales with citrusy American hops like Simcoe, Centennial, Columbus, Chinook, Amarillo and, fittingly, Glacier, to create a Floridian Winter Ale.

Dark hazy brown, big white head. Aroma s quite hoppy, dry grassy hops with some pine. Its also quite fruitywith soe aromas of brandy soaked bread, caramel, and toffee. Very full bodied, medium carb. Very dry bitter finish with a great booze soaked fruit kick. A great sipper but a tad too bitter.

Vinatage 2015-2016. A dark brown beer, a head is quite small and beige. Aroma has caramelly body, pale dried fruits, apricot, some pine. Taste has caramel, toffee, pine, bitterness is still balancing the sweetness. Almost full bodied. A little bit too old, but it's not bothering too much. Great beer.

Bottle, from trade. Dark brown color. Malt, toffee and chocolate in the aroma. Malty caramelly flavor with chocolate and a hint of Mon Chérie Bonbons, dried red fruit and some earthy and citric hops. Almost full bodied, full of flavor. Lovely!

2015-2016 Bottle. Hazy ruby color with beige head. Aroma is raisins, caramel, lightly oxidative stuff, but in the great way. Taste is raisins, caramel, a bit earthy, nice hoppy bitterness in the back. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Excellent Barleywine!

Flaska från Beergium. Lönnsirap, karamell, pomeransmarmelad med både zest, citrus och rejäl beska. Påminnen om DeMolens Bommen & Granaten. Mycket gott.

Thanks you Benzai! 750 ml. bottle tasted @ RBBSG 2018. Dark brown amber, little head. Nose is sugar, maple, toffee, sugar, candy & dark fruit. Taste is sweet dark fruit, candy, sugar, toffee, USA caramel with a dash of cough syrup, sugar, candy,… Tasty sticky dash cough syrup, sugar slab body. Neato stuff.

Sampled from bottle @ late RBBSG 2018. Dark brown color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, dark malts, heavy bourbon, bitter. Medium to full body, decent to medium carbonation. Solid!
