500 ml bottle @ La Cerveteca, Barcelona. Slightly hazy reddish brown body with a big, creamy lasting tan head. Aroma is mild caramel malt, slightly roasted. Flavor is malt, caramel, some hops, slightly roasted and fruity refreshing. Medium body. Feels quite light and straight forward, but some roast and bitterness get more obvious during the aftertaste.

this is what an American brown ale wants to be. Lots of hops, tons of backbone. Awesome shit. Drank with Kyoto Lefty.

Caramel, amber malt, chocolate aroma with a bit of tang and grassy hops. Big, smooth, luscious malt flavor with grape, chocolate, earthy, grassy, hops, nuts, some tartness. Ow carbonation. Long, tingly hop finish. Very interesting and quite nice.

Bottle marked 12-09 batch 008 thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a huge tan head and a murky brown body. Aroma of brown sugar, molasses, belgian yeast and dark fruits. Taste is oatmeal, raisin, brown sugar and dirt. Creamy carbonation with a dry finish.

375ml bottle I picked up at La Cervezateca in Barcelona. Pours a translucent, nutty, brownish amber with a soft, creamy, bright white head. Settled like a pint of Guinness. Bottle conditioned. Nose is nice, brown sugar, cookie dough, nuts, lightly brown toasted bread. Flavor is sweet, nutty, grainy, brown sugar with a wonderful hint of milk chocolate that makes the end very smooth. Finish is dry. Very drinkable. If this is Barcelona beer then it’s a good start.

Dark brown color, with short lived head. Mild aroma of roasted malt, roasted nuts and yeast. Soft mouthfeel, the flavor is also a bit chocolatey, and roasty, with light traces of yeast and cream; correct bitterness.
Quite good.

Gushing bottle, cloudy amber color. Yeasty caramel aroma, a bit soapy. Dry muthfeel, with aggressive bitterness. Not good; confusing.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a huge fluffy lazing tan head. The aroma is acidic with notes of fruit and berries. The flavor is acidic with notes of lemon, hops, and spices, leading to an acidic finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Slightly hazy orangey brown with a firm, shaving foam-style head that leaves some lacework. Aroma of vitamins and fruit. Light body, roasted malts and an underlying tartness. Dry finish. Gotta be infected. 220909
