Birra di colore ambrato a bassa fermentazione, caratterizzata dal gusto dei malti monaco e caramello che sono lasciati in primo piano da un basso tenore di amaro e dall’assenza di aroma di luppolo.

Amber colour, white head. Aroma of yeast, candy and sweets. Light bitter flavour, malts, sweet candy. Finish candy and light yeast. Decent try but too many esters, bit of a mess.

Bottle sampled @ decadent symmetry tasting. Dark borwn-orange color with lace. Nose of caramel, earth, some funk. Sweet caramel and chocolate flavor with old milk. A bit lame.

Courtesy of Erik. Thx! 33 cl. bottle sampled @ decadent symmetry tasting. Nice label. BBF 08/2014. Pours a ruby amber with little head. Smells of sweet iron, light malts, caramel, bitter herbs,… Taste is sweet iron, caramel, bitter herbs, rather vague & light, faint malts, herbal candy, bit off. Touch watery body, overall manageable but not particularly impressive or all that good in general.
