Pretty cloudy, yellow to murky beige beer, small white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: citrus, rotten fruits, dirty, chloride. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: citrus, soapy, bitter, grapefruit, chemical. Aftertaste: chloride, bitter, citrus, it's pretty bad. This beer has not kept well. Next ones I'll try to find faster and drink them before they go bad.

Sampled from bottle @ RBBWG 2013. Hazy a bit murky yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly sourish, very yeasty, old musty hay. Dry texture, medium body and carbonation.

750mL bottle, courtesy of julian, pours a clear golden yellow with a medium white head. Nose is full of cheese, very skunky, lots of weed and herbal hops, and a bit of white wine. Flavour is full of cheese, lots of barnyard funk, some moderate white wine notes and a bit of Belgian spices. Quite skunky, funky and cheesy. Very fucked up and delicious at the same time. The cheese dominates for me. Most excellent.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity spicy citrus aroma. Fruity malty yeasty flavor with hints of citrus. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish.

Bottle from Etre Gourmet. Hazy golden with a white head that disappeared fast. Aroma and taste of pepper, malt, hay, citrus, yeast and apricot. Nicely drinkable with a good soft tartness. The finish was dry.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is citric, grapefruity to orange juice. Fruity, zesty and citric. Smooth fruity, lingering grapefruity and light yeasty into the finish.

Bottle @ Scott’s Summer Saison tasting. Thanks so much Scott! Hazy orange appearance with a small off-white head. Candy fruity, musty, pineapple, mango aroma. Big orange/mango fruity, funky tart, musty, fruity flavor. Nice.

Bottle shared at my 30:th birthday tasting on May 5 (30 år av Surt). Bottle bought @ Etre Gourmet. Pours hazy pale golden with a frothy white head that slowly dissipates without leaving much trace on the glass. Smell is tiny sweet and sour with lemon juice, orange juice, grapefruit juice, lemon zest, orange zest, hay, lemon hard candy, red currants, white pepper, gooseberries, cloves and allspice. Taste is tiny sweet and sour with gooseberries, unripe currants, green grapes, grapefruit juice, orange zest, lemon zest, white pepper, hay and hints of barnyard. Mouthfeel is slightly dry, slightly tart and medium bodied. Finish is sour and tart with orange juice, lemon juice, grapefruit zest, lemon zest, lemon hard candy, hay and white pepper.

Bottle at "30 år av surt", on May 5, 2012 in Göteborg. Dorée brumeuse, col blanc. Arôme est très fruité, agrumes et pamplemousse avec un beau bouquet fleuri et houblonné. En bouche, palais reste très Fantômesque avec ce profile de bouche typique de la levure Fantôme et autres agrumes tropicales, note de poivre? de cassis, alcool réchauffant, fini est solide et tjrs cette pointe citronnée, pamplemousse et fleuri.
